The transparent water tray from Wartmann® is made of polycarbonate and has a capacity of 11.7 liters. The water trough has a graduation on the outside and is suitable for the Wartmann® sous-vide controller. 
 
 The sous-vide box can also be expanded with a 4-position rack that fits perfectly in the box and leaves enough space for the sous-vide controller. Similarly, we have thermal insulation balls in the range that prevent evaporation of the water.
